Thanks for joining us! We are Paul and Andrea Hollar and you could say that we love to travel. Whether it be to learn some history, enjoy nature, or for a game or concert we try to take as many trips as we can. I (Paul) caught the travel bug from my parents as we took family trips to places like Arizona and the Grand Canyon, California, Hawaii and Florida among others. Andrea had not been out of the state of Kentucky much before she met me and we started dating in 2014. Soon after that we took a short trip to Atlanta and had a blast. Later that year in 2015 we took a week long road trip from St. Louis to Chicago to Cleveland and finally Philadelphia before finally coming back home. I think that was when Andrea found her love for travel too. The next year we took a trip to Boston in July 2016 then decided to get married in early August. For our honeymoon we flew to Washington, D.C. because, well, we are nerds too. We’ve been to a few places since then.
Outside of traveling we love to play board games and I might post some reviews for some games at times as well, especially if that interests anyone. And I have a lot of travel goals that Andrea is nice enough to go along with. Things like seeing each state capitol, visiting the presidential libraries and their gravesites/tombs and going to every MLB and NFL stadium. It’s going to take a long time to do complete these goals, not to mention all of the other places around the world that we want to visit. I hope you enjoy our musings and photos from our trips and continue to come back and join us on our adventures!
